Lovely hotel in the middle of Riyadh. Valet service. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good view. Comfy beds. Definitely would come back

I must say that after staying for a few weeks with these guys I am genuinely impressed with friendliness and service. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their work (surprisingly that's not the case with some other hotels).

I feel welcomed any time I arrive.

The only minor issue that I have sometimes - WiFi signal strength in some rooms, but then they provide a mobile hotspot to compensate for that.

Great and luxurious experience, room was quite nice and the arrangements and service were top notch. The breakfast was varied and international.

Our Weekend buffet breakfast was our first-time experience and we're very happy with the services of the friendly staffs: Mahamoud, Joana, Janice and Alanoud!🙏🏻🌷 Thank you!
Food selection and presentation was simply delicious and healthy combination. Ample parking on roadside, I find the entrance elegant and classy.

Centrally located in the business part it has nice new rooms, even though they were a bit small the rooms had everything you would need and if you take the upper floor rooms you will get a great view over the city right from your bed. Brunch was also very extensive, staff and service in general was always friendly and helpful at any time of the day or night. Hotel has most likely the best ratio in terms price / quality.

The Hyatt Regency Olaya is a special place! The facilities, food, rooms, location, views…everything is great. But what makes this place truly amazing is their team. Mahmoud, Anas, Waleed, Melanie, Abigail and everyone else…they all go above and beyond to make you feel pampered. They have a very personal approach and that makes me feel at home everytime I go. I do consider it my Riyadh home and I’m very grateful for all they do. I went to other hotels in town, but this is the only one I keep coming back to.

Amazing experience. Rooms and hotel are great. In particular the service staff is one of the friendliest i have ever met. All aspects of the service from the entrance, front desk, restaurant, and cleaning crew were very friendly. Made the hotel stay much better.

I've been frequenting their gym & Spa facilities. Clean and well kept. Gym equipment is varied and covers virtually all basic needs. Staff is courteous and friendly. For PT, coach Rudwan is the best. I cannot speak highly enough of him!

Their breakfast is good, they have a chef called “Mina” I guess who makes the best chicken soup and cheese Konafa. 😋

The staff by the gate and valet are very friendly and kind.

The gym is also really nice!

As a travel journalist and expert in tourism, I have rarely seen such an exquisite hotel in terms of prime location, first class food quality and efficient room service. The gym at the hotel is a world class, while the services are great. I was surprised that the price was quietly affordable related to the service and location. I would recommend it for businesses seeking comfort and effeciency while being connected to all parts of the city.

The only I can truly recommend and truly trust is the host of Yahia، the first one you will meet in the hotel with warm receptions and greetings, with one of the most wonderful Saudi coffee and his kind word.

Went for the spa and massage here and truly enjoyed.
Samira was my therapist and she’s great.
Facilities are nice too.
