I would like to thank the amazing staff for their assistance during my stay: Abdullah, Nawaf, Ahmed Rayees, Mahmoud, Hani , Marvin , Nubi, Dais Zahrani, all horizon staff, Mohamed Husni, Taher and Sulaiman, Ahmad, Hamad, Tala at reception
Executive Lounge and the Laundry and Fitness team and room service team.

My stay was comfortable also I had special requiremenr for Gluten Free food and drinks and staff were very attending.

Friendly staff. Specially thanks for Ms. Renad from the front office.
There is a pool table at the lobby nice for relaxing with friends.
Haven’t seen the gym unfortunaly during my short stay. Breakfast is what you’d expect from a five star hotel.

Great hotel. Beaitiful aroma that pleases your senses through the day. Nice facilities. Excellent breakfast. Courteous staff.

One negative point which is no fault of Voco Riyadh is that it is in a lonely spot even though it is on the King Saud highway. Not a single supermarket or restaurant or any utility shops close by.

For these facilities, you must walk for 20 mins behind the hotel i.e., exit the hotel and walk on the right road until you reach a junction where a building has it all.

Alternatively, you can eat at the hotel but it can be expensive if you haven't plamned for it.

Very accessible place and the experience that I had with this hotel was amazing with courteous and accomodating staff Mr. Nubi from the concierge and Mr. Hosam from the restaurant..place is clean and the bed was very comfy and big..I really had a great time staying at this place...Highly recommended and hope I can be back again.

People were very nice at the Lebanese restaurant, especially Mr. riyadh and mahmoud

The ambience of the Hotel was awesome 🤩
The service of all the staffs were very good including the security team. 👌🏼
The parking area was almost full and I luckily got one after few minutes of search. 🔍

The meeting room was well equipped and the refreshments served were fresh and good. 👍🏼

In terms of lunch, 🥗 which was served in Horizon dining area, the menu was vast and included good number of salad 🥗 options, pastas, pizzas, seafood 🍤, rice items, fresh fruits 🍇 and also wonderful dessert items including kunafa & um ali.

Had a wonderful time there!

The food was scrumptious, meet was very tender i enjoyed it so much. Our waiter Mahmoud Ali was very helpful and professional. I would definitely come back again

I am a fan of VOCO hotels, but I gave the location 3 out of 5 as the traffic in Riyadh is insane and the hotel location is excellent for the old town and some businesses related to the public authorities but not the tourist attractions where the majority are located at the northern side of the city.

When I checked in, Mohammed Almalki who had assisted me with my checkin was absolutely wonderful and recognized me as a Voco member and upgraded me to a suite - outstanding service and I was made to feel very welcome - that’s why Voco Riyadh is always my preferred hotel.

Exceptional and friendly staff. I would like to mention with extremely high regards names of for Mr. Mahmoud from Horizon restaurant. Extremely empathetic and friendly. Always helping with a smile. He goes the extra mile to ensure dinner time is pleasant. Also big thank you to Mr. Abdul from housekeeping for north side seventh floor.

Md Sumon is very helpful.he is nice guy. I stayed there for 4 night and this guy from housekeeping was very nice and polite. He knows his job and tried to help when ever required… Thank you Vocco team to have amazing staff like him….i stayed there in tower 4 room no 42618 from 9th till 13th jan 2024

The all the services are good, including dinner. The Mahmood guy is very good at dinner from Horizon Restaurant. The Siva from Room service is too good, he has been taking care of all my needed from last 2-3 months, his English is also very good.

Food is very delicious and one cannot get enough from the variety of delicious meals and deserts…

I have been staying here for quite some time a home away from home kind of a thing every night at dinner there is this one person who is like family and gets what all you need onto the table and tries his best to make it feel like home, thank you Mahmoud for your excellent service and none the less to the staff of Voco you make sure I miss home less when am not with them🙏🏻🙏🏻
