My second stay at Courtyard by Marriott Olaya was even better than the first. The service and hospitality have remarkably improved, making for a highly comfortable and enjoyable experience. Rooms are spacious and clean, with modern amenities. Its prime location is perfect for both business and leisure. Highly recommend for its excellent service and great value.

I was especially amazed by how friendly the reception team are, they were completely greeting guests with the biggest smiles - each and everyone one of them.

I often travel to Riyadh for work/pleasure and stay at the Courtyard Marriott. It has a fantastic location as well as great amenities. What really sets this hotel apart from other hotels in the area is the service. In particular, I am always recognised by Majeed and greeded warmly. Majeed's attention to detail, 5 star customer service and warm hospitality is a major reason why I keep coming back.

In addition the rooms are fantastic and very well furnished. I truly feel at home here and will definitely keep coming back. Keep up the great work team!

The location of the hotel is excellent. 2 minutes walk from the Four Seasons Hotel.

The cleanliness is excellent. The two persons on my floor were cleaning the rooms meticulously. Thank you to Mr Saluhuddin (cleaner) and Umesh (supervisor) for taking care of every detail and ensuring the highest standard of hygiene and safety.

There are no upscale hotels in this place close to malls and most major corporate offices, except this hotel. It is enough that you can go out and walk just a few meters until you reach the nearby mall

I keep coming back to this hotel because of the great service, location and hospitality of the front desk staff. Would probably never stay in another hotel in Riyadh. The front desk staff always try to accommodate all of your requests and if they can’t, they always offer alternatives. Looking forward to going back next week!

This has always been one of my best choices for quick business trips. Rooms are spacious, staff is very courteous and attentive and the location is very convenient. The staff makes every effort to address your needs and follow a nice proactive approach to make sure guests are well taken care of. The rooms are well equipped with amenities, drinking water and occasionally with a refreshing fruit basket and welcome treats. The price varies according to season and availability but if you manage to reserve a room at an affordable price then look no more for a great value deal.

Excellent Hotel and staff close to the heart of Riyadh. Large modern rooms with tea/coffee making facilities with 2 double beds (at least our room had this). Very good reception staff and the breakfast caters for all tastes. Delicious. Well recommended.

I love staying in this hotel on my business trips. The rooms are spacious the service is excellent the staff are wonderful. Honestly, it has been my go to for the past few trips , i am not thinking of booking in a different hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying here for a month straight. All the workers were extremely nice and polite, went out of their ways to accommodate for me! Truly felt like a 5 star stay. The hotel is a bit old and might seem a little out dated, but its location is top notch, it’s less than 1 km away from Kingdom Tower! You can walk to Kingdom Tower and it’s only 15 min. The breakfast is quite nice, the waffles are really good and they have a great variety. The women’s gym is not patriciricaly good, it’s very small. The pool is amazing but it’s only for men, which is a bummer because it’s on the top floor. There is a good sauna room for women though. Also, I had a few unpleasant encounters that were dealt with very professionally and they made sure I was taken care of and satisfied with the service. Truly amazing service. All the workers were amazing, but I have to give a special shout out to the following:
All the reception team are kind, esp: Abdulaziz, Majeed and Hashem.
Breakfast staff: Mohammed (wears glasses), Taslim, Jeffry and Joffery. Also the lady at the desk for breakfast.
10/10 recommend courtyard Olaya.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel that is centrally located within walking distance of the Kingdom Tower. I had a room on the 20th floor that had a great view over the city. Note that to access your floor you need to press your floor on a panel that then directs you to which lift to take. I also enjoyed my buffer breakfast at the lobby. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I was a walk-in and they let me check out three different rooms to find the best view. Easily some of the most helpful staff of any hotel in Riyadh.

Nice hotel, great food n service

The hotel is very nice for a short stay in Riyadh. It is located in a very nice area of the city with easy access to great restaurants and shopping areas. My stay here was comfortable, thanks to good rooms and good hospitality. They offer a good breakfast with many options, including things suitable for vegetarians.

There are other fancier hotels in Riyadh, but this was more than adequate for my needs and I'll be staying here again.
