Murabba Historical Palace

Murabba Historical Palace is a one of the greatest landmark of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was the palace of the founder of Saudi Arabia King Abd-Al-Aziz Al Saud. Now it’s museum, with history of King Abd-Al-Aziz. The palace is various collections of the King. It won’t need any entry fee.

A place that shall be visited. I loved the architecture which landscapes the history of Saudi Arabia. The rooms all set with historical items, the lights, the colours, an amazing journey that will take its visitors to the prestigious past. I highly recommend. I loved the garden and our tour to the museum nearby where I visited Hijra exhibition mesmerising and worth visiting.

I used to visit there when I was a kid and now I visit with my kids. The place is still same peaceful, clean, well maintained....... Nostalgic.....

A place interesting,shall be visited in Riyadh. Old palace very good architecture which historical of Saudi Arabia. Around has library,The National museum and garden nice with family. The place I was visited not any book or paid.open every day. But sometimes busy they will close. Must visit nice place🇸🇦🇸🇦

Whether a local or a tourist passing by, this IS the place no one should miss when in Riyadh. It is my 3rd visit at various occasions. The last one was during the winter season during which a selection of fancy restaurants open during Riyadh season 2022.

Amalgamation of contemporary & old architecture. A cool spot in the heart of Riyadh. Virtually cooler than the rest of the city even during Summer nights due to the foliage and trees. Aesthetically appealing place. Well done Ministry of Culture!

It's mindblowing to imagine that King Abdulaziz used such a basic and humble (yet beautiful) palace as his residence and court from 1938 until his death in 1953. A visit today also reminds of the impressive journey the country has taken since then.
Entry is free but the museum temporarily closes during prayer times.

Fab royal palace with amazing car collection, the rolls Royce was given to the king by winston Churchill. It’s free to visit. And there are three parts - the cars, an exhibition and the palace itself which you are free to explore. Highly recommended.

great place to visit in riyadh. no admission fee. just mobile number registration. last picture shows museum open time..every prayers time, there is emergency alarm. dont panic.

The palace is a very nice place to visit. It is well organized. The gardens around are a good place to stay and enjoy.

Absolutely stunning! It’s located right next to the National Museum and the beautiful park/garden. The nicest way to spend a lazy afternoon.
