Holiday Inn Riyadh - al Qasr, an IHG Hotel

A very good property to stay in. I had never tried this holiday inn in the past, but I must say, the hospitality was really great. In hospitality industry, what really matters is the way the staff take care of their guests. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful, one name that comes instantly is the bell boy saleem, who was very attentive and helpful.

I had a pleasant stay at the holiday Inn. The service was good, and the overall experience was not bad. The room was comfortable, and the staffs were friendly and accommodating. Saheed from the breakfast buffet was especially very good and make sure we had the most pleasant experience while have breakfast every morning. Also Vinith from housekeeping was the best, he make sure our room was in tiptop shape everyday and gave us enough water to last us the entire day.

Very good service from the hotel. We got free room upgrade, dinner and room checkout extension. The staff are friendly and always there to help, there are many staff that I would like to thank. The only ones I remember is Saheed, Masud, Anwar, Jamal and Mahmoud, also Ali at the reception desk

The Hotel has convenient location, Comfortable beds and clean rooms. I would like to thank the holiday inn staff for their outstanding services, especially the new generation of young Saudi; they were well trained and strived to help guests.

one of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by mohamed at the reception. his professionalism and warmth not only made me feel welcomed but also added a personal touch to my stay. mohamed's attention to detail and eagerness to assist with any inquiries truly stood out.

the rooms at the holiday inn - alq are spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. the quality of sleep i had there was unmatched, thanks to the serene environment and the luxurious bedding.

moreover, the breakfast offered is a gastronomic delight. it's not just a meal; it's an experience with a variety of tasty, high-quality options to choose from. whether you're in the mood for a hearty meal to start your day or something light and healthy, their breakfast caters to all preferences.

in summary, my stay at the holiday inn - alq was nothing short of excellent. it's a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and top-notch service. i would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the city. kudos to mohamed and the entire team for making my visit so special! 👏🏽

Rubel Rana Masud Rana Mahmoud Shaheed and Kamal looked after me during my first stay in Riyadh. Breakfast was very busy but they ensured all my needs were met. Very pleased with stay so far.

Excellent service here at the holiday inn, mini bar was always stocked well and Rubel Rana was very attentive to my needs when restocking even made sure I had extra chocolate bars for my late night cravings 👍🏽
