Riyadh Inn hotel has very spacious rooms & is very clean.

One improvement: my window could not fully close and could hear the air outside which irritates me in getting to sleep, please repair this.

The receptionist Waleed was very friendly & bubbly, guiding me on some specific stores I wanted to visit in the city.

Lovely hotel in a great location, excellent service! I recently booked two night had to cancel due to last minute change of plans after free cancellation window, but they so graciously accepted my request to cancel for free! This is unprecedented and highly appreciated. I will definitely prefer Riyadh Inn to stay again : )

The hotel is beautiful and quiet, and the staff are helpful and respectful

Pros:

The staff and workers were very friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was of good size and came with the proper toiletries. they have a proper parking and the location is accessible to many attractions.They have an amazing open cafe with Bein Sports access to watch the games,,make sure to order their saffron cheese cake.They can accommodate you with their menu but we have never tried it and you can order from outside and they bring it to your room with a smile. The place is close to the airport. They are building a swimming pool and a gymnastics area as told to me by the receptionist.

Cons:

I have tried their breakfast and it was not that great, they should add some heating mechanism below the containers to keep the food warm, however the receptionist told me that they change the Manu on a daily basis so I would not rule their breakfast out.

The room lacked the scenery aspect where the windows open to a small hallway rather than the streets, but perhaps this is the room we stayed in and they have other options the meet this requirement, I am not sure.

The elevator is a bit slow but it is not a big issue.

This is my 2nd long time stay here at Riyadh Inn and I’m always highly satisfied with their services. Exceptionally noticeable is the excellent customer care service of Abdullah of Housekeeping team. Always will consider this hotel in recommending to others.
