Hilton Garden Inn Riyadh Olaya

Nice room and good breakfast. The staff is friendly- stayed two days and the room service wasn’t the best- they removed the dirty towels but did not replace them. Also requested a few items from the front desk like utensils 🥄 🍴 and they never brought them. The hotel is a little dated but still had a nice atmosphere. Could use some updates to decor.

My recent 4-night stay at Hilton Hotel deserves a 4.5 out of 5 due to its exceptional service. From a warm check-in to attentive housekeeping, every moment was impressive. The staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident, and even minor concerns like an air conditioning issue were swiftly addressed. The hotel's strategic location was a plus, making exploration easy. While I have minor considerations, they don't overshadow the outstanding experience. I highly recommend Hilton Hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay, marked by excellent service at every turn.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at Hilton. I want to express my gratitude for the peaceful experience I had over the last six months. The reception members were consistently helpful and provided excellent service. I was particularly impressed with the amazing restaurant staff.

The service is excellent, always ready to help. The breakfast has a broad variety of food and the fresh ananas is the best, for the ananas I give 10 points.
There are washing machine and dryer for guests, easy to use and appreciated.

We are staying in this hotel for a couple of months weekly. The rooms are decent but some needs improvement. It’s nice and near to some restaurants. Breakfast is good and the staff there is nice. Hopefully they add some more variation with the meals but overall it’s good.

Breakfast: Hot breakfast with decent limited menu.
Room: Two bedroom suite. Clean room with little little renovating needed.
Staff: Cleaning staff is good.
Location: center of the city

Con: Parking is limited on street and underground. Elevators are small to had to take multiple turns to take 10 suitcases down.

I have stayed at the hotel for long durations (sometimes over a month) on several occasions. The staff have been very welcoming and during the check-in, they would try to accommodate my requests for specific rooms I had in previously and have been very welcoming.

I had an overall very positive experience during my stays at the hotel.

I am Thankful to Abdul Latife and Hashim from the front desk for their great service. Hilton Corporate was unable to reinstate my cancelled booking but these two gentlemen helped me get my reservation back.

I booked an institutional quarantine for mum at this hotel. To be honest I was a bit worried about the negative reviews. However, the experience was pleasant. The people at the reception counter were friendly and very helpful. My mum was satisfied about the room's cleanliness and bed's comfortable. The food was so so, but in general nothing to complain about.

Although the property is a bit dated, it still retains the old world charm of hospitality and comfort. Rooms are generous in size and kept very neat by the staff. WiFi was great, lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

I had been here for Office Trip in 2017, This Hotel is a must stay in Riyadh. facilities, Staff, Internet, And way more things to have.

Very spacious and well maintained rooms, fresh and clean pillows, sheets and towels.Bathrooms have both standing shower and bath tub.
Staff at reception are very welcoming and courteous.

Been here for multiple events organized privately. The venue and the atmosphere is good - you can request them to seperate the halls if having multiple sessions and All the rooms provide projectors if needed. The hotel staff are friendly and the food is very good.

Last night we were celebrate Iftar fest with our office staff it was great pleasure to write-up that the quality of food is excellent fantastic fabulous. Very comfortable seating with polite staff . Specially Br Amer As a Service Manager he is very polite person . And another staff member Br Sahaab very excellent person all the staff treated with very professional skills.
