Mouwasat Hospital

Mouwasat is one of a great hospital available in Riyadh,
Very professional doctors, I should mention name of pediatric Dr.Mohammed Aldeeb, I love the way he treat patients and give his advice and recommendations,
I stayed in pediatric room since last 4 days and got a very professional service from nursing staff, all the nursing staff available in pediatric ward is much professional and care for patient.

i gave birth 11 days ago
my OB was Dr. Rehab Kamel,choosing her was the best decision Alhamdulillah. she listens to all the concerns & advises very gently

i would like to thank her and dr. Afsheen(pakistani)who were with me through out my delivery process
they were a gem of a team. they constantly assured me that everything would be alright and kept on checking on me and treated me more like a family member rather than a patient

i would also like to thank the labor room nurse (filipino) i don't remember her name but she was on duty on my delivery time (28 feb 2024 between 7am to 7pm)as i was in pain she kept holding my hands, massaging my back and stayed with me. even during recovery she helped me go on the bathroom as i was very dizzy and assisted me till i went to my room

nursery nurses were also great and gentle with concerns regarding my baby.

Alhamdulillah overall experience was great

One of the best hospitals in Saudi Arabia. Especially Dr. Rehab Kamal of gynecology department is the nicest and most loving doctor. She always speaks politely and softly with her patients. She always listen to the problems of the patients and resolve them efficiently. For the delivery of new borns is the nicest experience I had. She handled my case with extreme professionalism and efficiently.

So far, a great experience for the services I have used: doctors, x-ray, MRI and physiotherapy. Easy to get and manage the appointments. Some of the staff is not very friendly, but it might be due to the language barrier. Overall, I'm very happy so far.

ER Team specially deputy manager Mr. FAHAD TAMIMI and other team member were professional in providing with Health care to my new baby born when faced sudden accident today...

Good local hospital. Great selection of medical facilities with great doctors. The customer service has improved over the years as has the insurance approval process. Nothing is perfect though, so sometimes there may be issues. Overall a great place when you need medical assistance.

I had a severe sore throat, cough and gagging.

I came to the emergency and was checked by Dr. Ahmed El-Tantawy.

The doctor was extremely considerate and helpful. Amazing treatment!

Have used Riyadh and Madinah branches, both good. I am suprised at the rather low ratings by others.

To appreciate this hospital you need to visit other hospitals.

Dr. Sarah is by far the best dentist around! You can tell she has a passion for what she does. I’m not a fan of dentists, but her welcoming attitude and professionalism made me feel at ease! Be back soon!

I would like to thank Nurse Shini in the nursery for taking care of my child and having good morals.

The doctors are very good, insurance approvals are very fast, very systemic. Their application on Android shows you the full history on invoicing, appointments, lab results etc.

I was admitted for an emergency surgery. I was very pleased with my experience. I was afraid to be in a hospital in Saudi Arabia, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have no real complaints about my care while in Mouwasat Hospital. However, because there's a nursing shortage bring someone with you if you're staying.

Hospital are very clean.the staffs are very kind and helpful to patient especially the receptionist ☺also the doctor are very accommodating with his patient..

My experience with the hospital in most specialties was very good. I have dealt with the pediatric, ENT, orthopedic, and ophthalmology and there is a mobile application to facilitate booking and retrieve the results of lab and x-rays. I am very satisfied with the hospital
