Very cooperative staff . Had to reschedule flight that was moved further due to flight cancellation and they solved the issue immediately. Appreciate their customer friendly service although I had purchased ticket online through an agent .

The new PIA office is very neat and clean and my first experience was very positive with a friendly, courteous staff member who was very helpful

Office is located near Hilton Garden Inn inside Rabiea Tower. Staff is kind and helpful

Office shifted temporarly to two buidings before the previous building

The staff is very cooperative and polite. Before visiting make sure you are aware of the lunch break which is between 1pm to 2pm.

Staff is cooperative and active.The location is at the main Olaya Street, comes T right hand while going from Muraba side and before Faslia Tower. Just at the corner and almost under the board..u can see in the photo I'm attaching here.

Everthing is great, staff and furniture etc Parking can be an issue on peak hours.
The only pain is that there is no MADA

I went late at airport and i miss my flight after that i went to there place to recover my ticket and boom they helped me recovering my ticket without any charge.
