Honestly a very good and reliable airline.
I love how friendly the staff are. Despite not being able to drink on the flight, the amenities onboard make up for it.
Moreover, I love how you can not only choose your seats, but also buy an empty seat next to you to travel without a neighbor or sometimes even book the entire row for a fraction of the ticket price.

I have visited in September 2023 and experience was great. The employee was cooperative and helpful. They speak good English and guide very well to non Arabic people. Was looking to add new infant ticket in my existing government ticket and with in 10 minutes done with the ticket. But I went to customer center in early morning.

Top Tier Airline. I flew with Saudia Air 4 times in March 2023 and was very impressed. I've rarely experienced such exceptional customer service. The manager at Bahrain International Airport helped accommodate pet travel (a rabbit) from Bahrain to LAX via JED, and the process was smooth. He spent a lot of time ensuring my transfer in JED would go well and even met me at the gate with additional details for my entry into the US.

All the workers on all the flights were very kind, caring and helpful. Flights were perfectly ontime or aheah of schedule. The food was good, more generous than I expected. The aircraft were new, clean and exceptional. Good entertainment. One of the best flight experiences I've had. I highly recommend this airline.

My first attempt was on 1/8/2022. Went there after Maghrib prayer but unfortunately it was closed.

Went there again on 2/8/2022 around 3pm. Alhamdulillah, it’s open.

We approached the counter near the entrance door. Was told by the officer, the waiting number is finished and we must come back the next day.

However, my husband pleaded on him. He advised us to ask from the supervisor in charged if we can proceed on that day.

We approached the supervisor inside his office and he directed us to the officer that will assist us.

We went there to transfer my ticket (government issued ticket) to my husband. They just asked for our marriage certificate copy and passport copy.
Alhamdulillah, the process finished within 30 minutes.

Thank you to the supervisor in charge for making less hassle for us.

Jeddah Airport from inside and it is really huge as compare to Karachi Airport.

Very quick service. My refund was processed within 5-10 minutes. There is a good coffee and sandwich shop inside. The staff was courteous.

Very friendly and organized very busy however plan ahead or arrive when doors open.

Very bad experience i waiting 11:00am to 1:20 pm technical department still not came i don't know they are all slow all counter is empty just 1 person available technical department no have any body my ticket is not confirm through online but payment is deducted i came here 4 time nobody help.

The best long haul flights so far! Flew from Paris to Riyadh and then to Manila. The crew was extremely accommodating, the food was amazing and the legroom in the economy was perfect. 5 star service!

Dedicated and hard working staff members to serve customers, however higher management must look into adding more manpower to this branch and open more branches in Riyadh. SAUDIA staff are suffering the immense work pressure. Special appreciation to Mr. Hani, Mr. Abdulkareem.
