First time to fly with Turkish Airlines and was really surprised how comfortable the flight was. Didn't need to book extra leg room as the seats and leg room were just perfect. Everyone had their own TV screen with own personal remote and little earphones were also supplied, had a choice of over 79 movie to watch. A meal was worth taking the longer route to get to our destination for the comfort alone and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Topping the list for most unprofessional and discourteous service and behaviour. I was calling at the Reservations extension for more than an hour and non of the staff cared to answer my phone. Shame on your conduct. Shame on Turkish Airlines Management for employing such nincompoop people!
