This is the best gym in riyadh , Saudi arabia actually if you’re looking for a professional coaches Staff and facility you will love it i truly cant be away this gym not a second special with their rules for the entry and everyone should sign in the class no open gym with rude people around, respectful management i have been here since 7years and i will continue in this gym one of the blessing. my family and friends are here we always love try the classes Interval plus provide. I do respect their polices unfortunately some people came to just misbehave with the staff an brag about how much they paid and its like they would take the equipment’s back home 😅 , this place is for everyone and i will use the equipments after you why i have to go all this and i booked my spots. Programs are always changing and help us with our technique.

Coach Leanne and Coach Rickie are very professional coaches and one of the best in this cross fit box .. They really focus on each person and on the techniques of the moves. They make the class so much fun. Their energy is so positive and they always push us and motivate us to better our performance.
What i love about this gym is that it’s always clean, and the people we get to meet there are super nice .

Interval Plus is the best in Riyadh. Especially the coaches there. Each one of them is super professionnal and pays attention to every member and focuses on teaching each one of us the techniques. I would like to personnaly thank coach Rickie and coach Leanne. Their energy is unmatchable.

This is a very well equipped and clean gym. All the machines and equipment are new and well maintained. The instructors are knowledgeable and courteous. They have pre-designed workouts for all levels of fitness. I highly recommend this gym.

No judgement gym. You come here, exercise and leave. Amazing atmosphere, very professional coaches. I have to highlight Musaad and the others for their passion and dedication. I will renew my membership always.
