I have been trained by couch Mea'ad almost 1 year. She is outstanding couch, knows your needs, try her best to achieve your goals, and helping with diet. Her way in motivation and let me coming to classes is amazing. I have been trained by many but like her I could'nt find best than her.

Very private, the classes are available around the clock and you can be with one coach or depends on your schedule with different coaches .. I love that they keep recording your progress after each session so you have a record and for other coaches in case you were with a different coach for any reason ..
