The place was nice super service.but you need to pay late fee using bank..it took almost 2hr for me to pay since i had cash..but after that i got my certificate in a minute..i lost my airpod pro there anyone see it kindly reach me.. thanks

Iqama residence must have appointment
Visit visa visitor no need for appointment

This is my experience as of 19/10/2023. [EXPAT]

They work very fast. Service is very efficient and fluid. As of this writing, birth certificate requisition became very easy. Everything is done electronically.

If your hospital has access to the MOH system of birth notification, then everything will be easy. Everything is paperless, except the birth certificate itself.

Steps:

1. Upon birth, secure a birth notification from the hospital (different hospitals, different processes). They are the one responsible for encoding your baby's information on the MOH portal. Your job is only to give them the accurate name of your baby and other information about you and your wife.

2. You will receive a notification from MOH through SMS. It states there that a birth report has been registered for your baby. The only thing to do now is to complete the registration in ABSHER.

3. Open Absher. You will see a notification that there is a birth registration under your name. Complete the process by following the instructions. after that, you will receive an SMS from absher stating that your newborn has been successfully registered, and you will receive a temporary iqama number for your baby.

You might check the view birth certificate option in absher. By this time, it will take at least 3 days for the system to update itself. After that, you can see your baby's name and iqama number appearing under your name.

4. Through absher again. Secure an appointment for the civil affairs office. This time, you will need to appear in the civil affairs office at nasiriyah(riyadh) for you to receive the paper certificate.

Bring the following with you.
* Passport(original) husband and wife.
* Iqama husband and wife.

Upon entering the building, tell the guards that you have received an SMS notification already. If you didn't receive any messages, the registration is done manually using a form written in arabic only.

Follow the instructions of the guards and reception. Dont forget to have the certificate stamped by the general manager of the branch before you leave.

5. Have the birth certificate ratified or authenticated at the MOFA.

Then Done!

Staff at female branch are extremely kind and helpful. Very swift process if you have all your documents ready. Dont even need appointment in female branch. The staff even helped me to fill the arabic form.

I visited office of Civil Affairs department at Al-Nasiriya for obtaining my new born child's birth certificate. I had taken their appointment in advance. So my appointment time was 10:00 in the morning of 16 August 2022. I went inside the office and told the security guard that I came here to obtain the certificate. He directed me to a person who asked me did you get birth notification message from Min of Health? I told him yes and he gave me token chit. The counter showed my turn after 2-3 minutes and I went towards the guy sitting over there. He asked me to give your and your spouse Iqamas. I handed over both and he gave me print of birth certificate in 2 minutes. The people working there are well mannered and cooperative.

Service speed and efficiency has improved alot.

I tried this 3 years ago and service was very slow and was to much crowded but today I went there for birth certificate issuance and everything thing was just very fast and reliable. Finished everything in less than 15 minutes.

All respect to the employee there and to the Saudi government huge efforts to improve the service quality in all aspects

The staff are really helpful and quick. If you have an appointment you will be done in about 10 mins maximum. I went to issue a birth certificate and had all my documents ready and It literally took 10 mins and I was done from there. Thank you for all the help.

you have to get a visit appointment before going there, you can have an appointment thru absher app

Amazing services. It took me just 05 minutes.
Things to be noted.
If your appointment at 8 am it doesn’t mean you ll be called fix time its all first come first serve tokens. So go around 7:50am and you ll be free quickly but make sure you must have same day appointment.
Following documents.
Parents Iqama/ passport copies
Original hospital birth certificate.
Birth certificate form.

Easy to access, simple procedure to follow. For required documents check online, fill it out and book appointments in ur abhser account prior to visit. Good parking space, simple to get our documents. Visited for birth certificate and done work within 10 minutes.

Employees here are the best, they are polite and they help you to the best they can, keep up the good work!

Amazing experience. Staff working efficiently and with respect. I went in morning and it was not crowded. Got the certificate in few minutes.

For birth certificate you need:
1) online appointment through absher
2) birth certificate from hospital
3) form 87 available at counter there
4) father iqama original and copy
5) mother iqama original and copy
6) father passport original and copy
7) mother’s passport original and copy

Go there on counter and take token. Make sure all documents copies are on A4 paper. Wait for your turn and they will call you. If there some minor mistakes in form 87 then they will tell you what to do. Mostly people dont know English there. Only some knows but very little.

If all documents are complete as above then it will take 5 to 10 mins to get birth certificate.

You have to take it to MOFA for further attestation.

Well, it was quick overalll but I was not aware that iqama and passport copies of parents required as well along with hospital birth certificate. So i have to look for photo copier as its not available inside office. But once i got that, it took 3-5 minutes only for issuing birth certificate. Staff was very good and supportive. Job done Alhmdulillah.

I was very happy with their services. In fact I was amazed to see the difference in the change of the official's behavior there being very nice, polite and helpful. I finished the whole process and was out in 1 hour with the birth certificate. Also, I had been there with an application form which was not downloaded from the ministry website. But they gave me a copy of it and a pen to fill in the right form... Jazahumullahum khyr

Improved a lot. Waiting time is hardly 10-15 mins.
Get online appointment, go to civil affairs office, help desk would check you documents before you submit it to officer and let you know if any modification needed. You’ll get a ticket# after docs are checked and you have to visit respective window upon your turn.

Clean and net place.

Little pit slow, but acceptable up to the rush amount of customers.
Wish birth certificate for forigners to be issued by mail without physical attendance in cope with the precations of Covid 19,
