Al Amal Medical Center transferred the insurance approval to Al Nandi and I couldn’t find the asked medicine and also they replaced it without informing me first.

Unfortunately, Al Amal Medical Center transferred the insurance approval to Al Nadha instead of Al Dawa for medicines, and the pharmacist's (Islam) behavior is very rude and unprofessional as he is providing it for free and keeping us waiting for more than 60 minutes just for small medicines. Finally, when I went to ask about the delay, he said that the approval had not yet been received, as I had received a message of approval before when I left Al Amala Medical Center, and soon I asked him to return the prescription, and he said now it is approved. Total unacceptable behavior from al-Nahdi pharmacists (Islam). Al Amal Medical Center shall transfer the insurance request to Al Dawa Pharmacy,  as they are kind and more professional.
