Police Clearance Department (Fingerprint)

Hi, today I went to the center of police in Jeddah WALLAH. All employees are too kind and polite to talk. one of them I don't know who is personality to stamp the paper and give the date of return WALLAH WALLAH this personality very kindness and I have no word to explain him his behavior and talking is very friendly and kindness. Before I go, I'm worried about but after I reached all of them is very friendly and proper help to completed the process.

Staff is friendly and polite. Keep copy of iqama, appointment from absher and consulate request. Processing time is 7 days.

I went there to submit my application for obtaining a police Clearance certificate.
Very easy and accommodating. Did not face any whatsoever problems.
Online appointment is mandatory!

The first time i went there to process my papers was around 9 am and it was really smooth no need to wait for how many hours, i just waited for around 10 minutes then they told me to come back in a week(that step was a bit long but they are currently processing a lot of papers so we have to just be patient😁) so, i went back for my appointment and within 5 minutes i was out of the building with my paper! Good job!

I visited today for a police clearance certificate, i did not face any problem. they asked me to provide an iqama copy and gave me a slip and told me to come back after 12 days to receive it.

When you're applying for Police Clearance, the process is so quick. However, unfortunately, when you return on the date you're scheduled to collect the Police Clearance, even if you arrive on-time, you will still have to wait for hours prior to release of the documents! The officers responsible in making the process will have to chit chat first, drink coffee, catch up on the latest gossip, before they will do their work. I don't know if this is really the practice of Saudi Policemen but it is truly inconvenient for us who wasted our time waiting for the document to be released if they have just do their work diligently and professionally.
