VOX Cinemas - Red Sea Mall

Went there for a very late night show.. Very nice ambiance.. great cleanliness.. Workers doing their best till very late hour of the night.. The food stuff and the beverages are expensive but these things are worldwide expensive.. so its your choice.. The movie was great.. the seats r good but not great.. Still a very good place to watch any movie with your family.. Its safe even late at night.. So go ahead and explore the cinema and enjoy your movie time..

Very neat n clean. Movie Projection light is too much low and Air-conditioning is too cold.

i went with my cousins to watch The Little Mermaid (live action). the experience was really fun

It was a wonderful, relaxing experience. We had the cinema to ourselves as a group and they took our orders inside. They even put sealed blankets on our seats which we actually used.
The staff were polite and helpful.

To improve:
- Better if they take the order outside or if they take the orders online.
- The meals did take some time to arrive but the movie was long so it was okay.
- Seat are comfortable; back can be adjusted but they don't have a foot rest.

VOX Redsea Mall remains my favorite cinema complex in Jeddah. The Gold screen is great and highly recommended, with very comfortable seats, blankets and food service. Normal screens are good too. The best corn ever, especially the spicy one and the caramel. RECOMMENDED

I tried the GOLD, and it was a perfect experience, u get a pillow and a blanket, and u can order while sitting so u don't have to wait in line and it comes to you. I would absolutely recommend it.

Watched a superb show called Oppenheimer in the IMAX cinema
Loungers are comfortable but a little difficult for viewing
Was quiet for a weekend but enjoyed the movie - nachos are good

It was wonderful, I watched Dune 2 in IMAX, the service is Great and people are friendly.

September 28 we went to the cinema to see Paw Patrol, what happened was that when we arrived they told us that the movie was cancel due to a failure of the air conditioning and we were a group of 15 people, they couldn't fix us somewhere else and the final solution was refund and the worst thing is that they did not notify us before, because they say that it was damaged before the movie started, but we could not disappoint the children, the manager, after almost arguing for 40 minutes, solved a large part of it for us and i thank them very much for having done everything possible because of the children, we almost fell out but the way they spoke and the treatment was very decent and also the cashier and even the security who came into the room every so often to check the temperature of the place.

The Biggest and Never Ending Mall, one can buy brands from all around the world.

Vox Cinema is so much fun and there is actually something there for the whole family.
My favorite is Gold Lounge. The Caramel Lattè is amazing. We never do anything basic, that’s why our favorite drink is the mixed slushy Blueberry & Strawberry.
The best way to have popcorn is the mix of salt & Cheese.
There chocolate Fondant cake is superb for surprise birthdays.
Another all time favorite is the nachos with salsa, cheese dip and jalapeños.

The cafetria associated with the cinema sells only the big size for nacho and dippings, so i take it although it was too much for me!
The cinema is clean and seats are comfortable, it was a little bit cold for me inside.

Seats are reallly comfortable, and prices are acceptable. Staff is very professional and nice, they provide amazing service. And the food is really good.

easy access without the hassle of cutting through a mall for the cinema , fountain sodas were perfect and on point

I like their customer service. I accidently left my airpods at the gold theatre there and 5 minutes later I got a call telling me that they found them and waiting for me to pick them up. Thank you VOX.

Wonderful experience and its one of the best which i have seen around the world

Everything about this movie theater is perfect. The parkings are available and you can park close to the theaters entrance. The staff are nice and friendly. The popcorn here is very delicious and way better than the one Muvi cinema. I just wish that gold theater seats were recliner more than how they are now but that doesn't change how they are the best in Jeddah.
