We were at the middle of city of Jeddah at Night 8PM almost lost didn't know where to find a best place for family. then we found Red Sea Mall and went there and booked a room. this hotel is a five star carrying the legacy of one of the great hotel of Jeddah beside its one of the busy port. Nice location, good stuff and tasty food choices. They also provided guided city tour taxi with pay. we enjoyed our stay.

I always visit this place for our sales meeting with engineer and I love to visit this place because the way they treat with their customer it's best.. respect level is high, moreover I usually noticed everything when I visited I just love it because everything arranged in a proper placed and buffet system also good .. I will recommend this place for everyone who can afford, around you will find every kinds of shops and also wholesale markets...

Comfortable rooms along with very good service, restaurant is good, taste of food is very good, rooms are spacious with royal touch, outside view is also great as it’s located near 40th lake, they have their in house arrangements for airport pick up and drops which is an added advantage, in all a very good option for a stay in Jeddah...

Beautiful vintage hotel. The location is very nice, you can walk for less than 10 minutes to go to Al-Ballad market. The hotel was very nice, they have a very helpful receptionist. Next time i'm here, i'll take a photo for the room.

This place is too gud for families and couples i went their and really enjoyed my day. The staffs are too sweet and helpful.has dine in too and now since i went their its has been one the coolest place in jeddah for me

Friendly staff, nice gym and sauna, the outdoor pool was nice too, but the outdoor area a bit shabby. Breakfast decent and rooms clean and comfortable. I'll stay there again.

A great hotel in Message. From the wonderful Arabian Hospitality at the reception to the good breakfast buffet spread to the fast and responsible room service to the good water view to the gym,pool, everything is wonderful.

Convinient hotel nearvy the historic centre of Jeddah. Staff is always very friendly. I spent there already a lot of nights since 5 years and had nothing to complain.
