Citadines Al Salamah Jeddah

As i travel a lot.. and have seen many hotels.. i can guarantee that Citadines Al Salamah is one of the best hotels in its category.
the rooms are big and clean, the bed mattress is super nice.
Reception staff and the guys from the restaurant are very welcome and happy to assist you. And definitely, you feel welcomed all times, and the atmosphere is like you are in your home.

Very beautiful rooms, spacious suites, delicious breakfast. We were placed there by the airlines, lots of passengers were taken there and I don't think the staff was trained to handle so many passengers at one time. It took a while But they managed to accommodate everyone eventually.

Stayed many times and longtime here, was like my home for 4 months. Clean hotel, nice staff and central location. Just one watchout, There are 2 buildings connected to each other on 1st floor, when you check-in you need to make sure that you get a room from the main building otherwise you need to take a longer way to your room.

I stayed more than a month in this hotel apart and I can say it was great experience, staff are very accommodating and they go beyond expectation specially FOH team ahmad the supervisor, Mohana, Abdul Aziz, Khawter,Badria,Ghazal. F&B team Khawar who is very attentive in all aspect when it comes to food handling, Arif,Nesma,Mustafa,Md Anwar,Hossain,Abba,Omer,Hilal. House keeping team & bellboy. All this people are AMAZING!!!

The place is very tidy and organised. The staff is very professional. The roons are very clean. This hotel has rooms and apartments with kitchen and living room. The hotel has a small gym and a small swimming pool.

As a person who have stayed in many hotels in the world i can easily say this is the most complete hotel i have ever stayed in. Rooms are clean and neat. Breakfast simple and delicious. Water pressure in shower perfect. Hotel staff is extremely welcoming! Great experience!

Clean and tidy rooms. Good breakfast and nice location. However the lady at the reception was very rude and not friendly. No greetings and hardly talks anything.

Best value for your money. It has freakin dinner included. Clean, new, and surprising classy. Phoning the front office can be a bit challenging, but when they answer, they'll go above and beyond

The only thing i found it not logical That the pool is not allowed for ladies but on the other hand there is a ladies hours in the gym twice a day, even I highly recommend this hotel you will be amazed by every day you are staying in.
