The breakfast buffet was good and suitable for the price. The staffs are accommodating especially the Pakistani one named Mohammed and also their Manager was so welcoming. The ambiance is superb. We enjoyed having breakfast here.

We really enjoyed our lunch with colleagues and friends at the Palm Restaurant. The buffet was complete with a variety of international cuisines to choose from. Our server, Abdulracman, was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

Beautiful area. There are various cuisines to choose from. The food was well served. Muhammad gave us an excellent service, he was very attentive to our needs. We recommend visiting this hotel. We will definitely come back here. ❤

This hotel is wonderful. They have an international buffet made by professional chefs. The cleanliness is excellent. It is distinguished by its calm and helpful staff. Their smile never disappears. The swimming pool is wonderful and the view from the rooftop is wonderful. It makes you feel refreshed. I advise everyone to try the hotel.

We had breakfast with my friends, the hotel was good, staff were friendly and the food was okay. Usual breakfast meals available such as sweets, breads, drinks, eggs and meats.

We tried their services and it was on point.
And we got from them an amazing hostess. Her name Malak The smile never left her face throughout the night

There was issue with TV connection and with the noisy AC. Mr Hashim, the technician was very polite and respectful and fixed it as expected. Over all all staff were good.

We had a lovely stay here in our way to perform Umra. The service is fantastic. The breakfast is very nice with lots of varieties. I would like to mention Mohammad Hussain in the restaurant he was very kind and professional. Thanks to omlete corner chef, the restaurant chef and everyone here.

Novotel Jeddah was a great host with all the services being exceptionally good.
Room was nice with great view of King Fahad fountain and Red Sea in the background. (R 605)
Breakfast had plenty of options.
Buffet Lunch was again excellent.
The most amazing thing was room service- very quick response time and staff was super cooperative specially Rasel who was very polite and always there to replenish the amenities without you requesting for it and he made sure that everything is up to the mark.

I have not had such a good kubeh for years! The breakfast is awesome! We have been in 3 hotels this trip and this breakfast is the best. Abdulrahman was our server, nice gentleman , very helpful and accommodating

This place is so relaxing.. the food are quiet good and the place is really accessible. I'd like to commend Mr. Zahid and the receptionist guy for providing an exceptional customer service for us.. salute novotel..

It was an overall good experience, especially with the staff in both breakfast and dinner. They showed great hospitality and their service was good, specially The waiter abdul rehman and Muhammad, they was extremely friendly and helpful and made over experience wayy better
