Holiday Inn Jeddah - al Salam, an IHG Hotel

I stayed in this hotel for I think 3 times or 4 times already it was old but it was organized especially the saudi lady receptionist who was so professional and considerate as well. I stayed with my family and we had fun the fitness club and the pool and the room were clean.

It is a great choice to stay a night in Holiday Inn. The staff is friendly and very approachable. They also help us with our luggage. The parking is good. The room is neat and tidy and the toilet has a hair dryer and the bath linens are clean. The bed is so comfortable. They also have refrigerator and there's a chocolate inside. Over all, I had a great experience and I will surely come back to stay here. Thumbs up 👍

forget about the construction and work happening near by; the Hotel is the best location near the industrial city (business purpouse).

Had such an amazing time at this hotel. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. The space was so clean and had everything I needed. Really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful hotel and I would highly recommend it. It’s definitely worth the money.

I think this is a good, clean hotel with really nice staff at a reasonable price. It’s a 20-25 minute drive from the airport. The rooms are huge with a sizeable desk area, with warm shower water, decent wifi and a good breakfast buffet. I stayed here twice (703 and 201) and both nights I had a good sleep. There is luggage storage and currency exchange.

It is the best hotel My husband and I we have ever stayed. Everything is really extremely good. MR/Raid has made our stay to the fullest and we are so grateful for this stay and the whole staff we have been dealt with.

Perfect stay, hotel is in old downtown but reach any point in Jeddah.

Extremely clean well maintained hotel. Fast smooth check in. Room is spacious, clean and lacks nothing. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great!! Somehow away from the city's main attractions!!

Well decorated five star hotel, warmly welcomed by courteous staff. Good browsing speed (Free Wifi). Well-equipped gymnasium (Fitness center), Spa and Outdoor Swimming pool.

Very Good Experience, this hotel is very good. Staff very helpful and efficient. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice.
The only downside of staying here is that there is not anywhere else within walking distance to eat apart from the hotel restaurant.

Neat and clean is the biggest plus of this hotel ,rooms are very comfortable renovated recently, near by all the important things like panda mall and albaik and deema ,so as far the location is situated perfectly as hotel provides u courtesy coach to balad( city centre) as well

This hotel is like my home in Jeddah. I used to live beside this hotel but since i left Saudi, this hotel provides me that feeling of a home away from home. All the staff are very helpful. Most of the staff can speak Arabic English and Urdu. Never experienced any discrimination. Although some restaurant waiters I saw running after the Saudi guest more often but I am sure its rare and negligible compare to how it happens in other hotels across Saudi. Truly I feel like home at this hotel and apart from the hospitality let me give you 2/3 more reasons. 1.Albaik is a walking distance from this hotel
2. You can easily find taxi for makkah again you will have to walk a little bit or ask hotel staff.
3. There's a mall in the backside as well as many car rental offices just next to holiday inn.
4. Two major Saudi banks & ATMs are just next to this hotel.

One of the best hotels in jeddah, I'll call it the "all in one" hotel, great view to the city, High quality furniture, staff are very welcoming and helpful, the food has a lot of types a day so I always got what I like, also I loved their gym and price is outstanding specially when you compare it to other hotel.
