Outstanding Stay at the Sheraton Hotel!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Hotel and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the staff and the check-in process was incredibly speedy, which was a welcome surprise!

The highlight of my stay was definitely the bed and pillows - they were like sleeping on a cloud! I had one of the best night's sleep in a long time, thanks to the plush and comfortable bedding provided by the Sheraton. The attention to detail in the room's amenities, including the quality of the pillows, did not go unnoticed and truly added to the overall comfort of my stay.

Moreover, the food at the Sheraton was top-notch. Every meal I had at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and expertly prepared. The variety of options available ensured that there was something for everyone, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the flavors of each dish.

Overall, my experience at the Sheraton Hotel was nothing short of perfect. The combination of the luxurious bed, heavenly pillows, delectable food, and efficient service made for a memorable stay that exceeded all of my expectations. I would highly recommend the Sheraton to anyone looking for a first-class hotel experience. Five stars all the way!

The outside building is old but it’s fully renovated inside. Great facilities and super friendly and helpful staffs. I arrived early but Mohammad did his best to help me find a room and recommended me great places to visit. It’s an old hotel but it means their staffs are trained well. I’ve stayed at several other hotels in Saudi - Sheraton looks the oldest but the service is the best. The location is also amazing, tons of cafe and restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again in future.

Best hotel in Jeddah. The view is great from room. The guest service, housekeeping and laundry service are great. The bell desk team are quick and assist immediate. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travel

Mr Sahid and Akshay have been a delight to cater to our needs and wants. The food made the experience way better than it already was through the good food made special by their Elite chefs and delicious soups. The experience all in all was something you would recommend to everyone you know that’s after a memorable time with friends and family. 5/5 Dinner

Love my stays here. The personal is super friendly and they take a very nice care about you. Late checkout is no issue. Nice bar and pool. Great location.

Room was amazing and the location was phenomenal, there is so much to do. The only problem I had was that we were told we could have a 2pm check out as my wife and I had been out all night. But was called at 12 to check out and woke in a stupor from the loud phone call.

The experience we’ve had in Sheraton especially in the restaurant has left us a memorable and fond experience with the staff being led by Mr. Zahid and the staff namely Akshay and Ann who have provided exceptional service money couldn’t afford but with the diligent service and respect. their food is definitely world class prepared of course by world class chefs. It is truly an exceptional dining experience and we highly recommend this for a memorable time with friends and family.

To be honest, I haven't tried out the hotel rooms yet, as I go there to play tennis 🎾 only. For me, it is a good place where you can play tennis. It has two standard courts where you can form four teams, 2 players each.

I have no complaints every single things and every staff member we interacted with were fantastic especially the women on the last night bar. I think they were phillipeno they were amazing

I love sheraton, never dissappointed me around the world.

The plus thing is the lounge access, in which you have access to the seating on the 11th floor and the food.

The only thing that bothered me is that I asked for high floor room, and they only provide me with a room in the first floor.

Nice hotel.
Great facilities. The pool table is not functional as there are no cushions!
Breakfast is good but no room to put your plate anywhere when collecting food. No one has looked at the guest experience here!

Rooms are pretty small, not even enough space anywhere to open my suitcase fully.
Bathroom is really small and toiletries are unopenable and useless.

Outside it looks classic 70s Sheraton - but inside it’s been fully refurbished. Great restaurant, lobby and pool complex. Close to walk on the Corniche

Great stay at Sheraton Jeddah, I booked Club Room for 2 nights with access to Club Lounge. Room was spacious, updated and very cozy. Sheraton Club lodge is located at 11th floor and offers free breakfast and snacks.

Hotel is located next to Jeddah Corniche which makes it very attractive to tourists. Hotel staff was very cooperative and Room service was great.

I highly recommend this hotel and I am definitely staying again here.

The hotel is luxury with a really awesome room’s vibe.
The location is close to the waterfront walkway and other attractions.

Stayed in December in this hotel with pleasant rooms, very quiet location, an excellent and very caring staff, thank you for everything.

All of the staff was very friendly. The rooms were very nice and clean, as was the gym. The meals in the restaurant and the club lounge were excellent. High marks all around. The only slight detractor was the parking lot, but it was acceptable.
