مزحوم ولا فيه موظفين، رحته ولا كان فيه غير اثنين والمشكلة مع ذلك يبقى العميل على الشباك من 5 إلى 10 دقايق لين يخلص، يعني إذا قبلك في السرى 7 تحتاج ساعة لين يجي دورك.
طبعا ما فيه أرقام تبقى واقف في السرى على رجلك طول الوقت.

المكان زحمه وعندهم نقص في الموظفين تنتظر اكثر من 40 دقيقة أو اكثر وأحيان تنتظر ويجي عندك غلط في الأوراق اللي معك ويقول ماتمشي الا بها
