Excellent customer service. The team member at the desk spoke good English. He apologized for making us wait. Documentation , assignment of the car and payment were completed in 15-20 mins. We took our cars from the car park outside the airport which is clearly marked with their GREEN logo which reads LUMI. The guys over there were quite customer oriented as well. The car that was assigned to us had the rare seats dirty and the guys offered us an another car which I greatly appreciate. Since we were just two we did not bother much on it. The whole transaction from start to finish was done in 30 mins. Returning the car in the morning was also an ease. We went back to the counter once the pre check on the car and the running KMS were done & paid the extra Kms we ran , got the bill and we were off. I greatly appreciate both the team members of LUMI who were at the desk as they were quite professional in their approach. Once again thanks you guys & keep up the good work.

Really pleased with my experience at Lumi today. I didn’t have a reservation, and was processed at the in-airport desk by a very helpful employee there.

The car selection was great and very good value for money.

In particular, I was able to use my international driving permit and my GB driving license. The other company that I tried first was not able to rent to me without a Saudi license. This would have made it impossible to do without.

Renting a car with Lumi was really easy and well organised. Khaleed and Hamad were extraordinarily accommodating and helpful throughout the arrangements and booking process and after arriving in Tabuk from Riyadh, everything was well organised and arranged and I was on my way in a properly prepared and presented vehicle (thanks Salman) that exceeded my expectations. Returning the vehicle after 10 days was a simple process and Lumi car rental returns is well signposted and easy to get to. The team at Lumi are outstanding with their customer service and I would recommend anyone needing a rental car at Tabuk airport to use Lumi - next time I come it will be Lumi for sure.
