Holiday Inn Tabuk, an IHG Hotel

Excellent experience. Very smooth check in. Very courteous and helpful staff. Special mention to Mr Bader at the reception. Lovely spacious room. Close to the airport also.

I arrived to Holiday Inn, Tabuk early February 2024 for a planned one month stay but that soon turned into two month's owing to changing work commitments. From the moment I arrived the frontline reception staff made me feel most welcome and assisted me greatly with local information about Tabuk, which supermarket and mall to visit to the best coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
The entire reception team are fantastic, a credit to the hotel, a big mention to Bader, Abdulaziz and Faisal for their patience when dealing with my many enquiries and Shereen for her diligence when amending my stay details.
The rooms are spotless, room service via the ordering app was seamless and the laundry guys were extremely prompt with astonishing turnaround times, it is a pity I have to leave this place

I ate dinner with my friends last week and we enjoyed the variety of food that was served. The foods were delicious. Your staff Farhan made our visit even more special, he was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. We would definitely come back and recommend your restaurant. Thank you Holiday Inn

A fine 4 star hotel in a neighborhood with a few other hotels and restaurants.

The hotel has a relatively large premises mostly used for car parking; which, is ample.

The hotel is well maintained and well-decorated. They have rooms that are fully renovated and modern, and others that are well-maintained. There is a cafe and a all-day dining restaurant on-site. They also have an outdoor swimming pool and a gym.

They accept payment by card or cash. They have very friendly staff. They are reasonably priced.

All staff are helpful smiling good and speaking arabic which nice.
But Mr. Ali in the Kitchen is one of the best working hotel staff I ever see . He just WOW!!!

All staff were excellent, and extremely professional. from sales Mr. Qusi, catering Mr. Amir, Reception staff & house keep. Also a special thanks to Mr. Fahad the GM.

Service from Yasir Alsharif was outstanding. He was always available with a smile and willing to help with any needs of our group stay.
Some of my group were unable to see themselves in the bathroom mirrors as they are so high. However rooms were clean and tidy and fresh and modern

Excellent hotel. Staff are professional and courteous. The new rooms are spacious and very clean. Restaurant has numerous selections at breakfast and menu for room service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Mr. Yaser is very helpful and nice he always makes sure that we stay in the best rooms every time we visit tabuk he also organizes meeting rooms for our company and makes everything so smooth. Shereen on the front desk is very nice and caring
overall i would never want to stay in another hotel when i visit tabuk this one is the best and has the best employees!

Great Hotel in Tabuk City. You will really love the stay. I stayed for around 2 months and my experience with the front desk rep, service people, catering staffs are really great.

Very nice hotel and the new rooms are really exceptional, the reception is much kind, the service is excellent, and the place is very quiet to get rest. The hotel gym has all the equipment that you need and the out door swimming pool is very clean.

Mr. Yasir alsharif is very good behaviour, polite and very respectful way to communicate with me. I really appreciate.
