I visited this STC store today to change my phone number from pre-paid to post-paid. I was served after a short wait by the supervisor, Samqan Alqahtani. He and his team were very polite, knowledgeable and worked very quickly to change my phone plan. If you are an expat, bring your passport and Iqama otherwise they can’t change the phone plans. Thanks!
