I celebrated my birthday this resort and I was given an early check in. Hazim is very accommodating. When I entered the room, it was a bit smelly but Hazim, immediately, took action to ensure that bad smell will be neutralized. I love the room as it was really spacious. Pool was great but it would be nicer if there's heater. Overall, the stay experience was fantastic! Definitely, I will recommend this place and will return in future.

The One Resorts Chalet is an excellent choice for hosting events and gatherings. The venue's spacious and the staff is very accommodating. Special thanks to Hakeem for being very helpful and cooperative.

Very Nice property however little far from the city.
Hall is quite big and even lawn area is very nice.

New, modern cluster of chalets in est Riyadh. Very well equipped. clean and tidy. With swimming pool and bedrooms. A patch of green grass and water sprinklers to keep people cool in summer.
