Great location and good and clean hotel. Discreet reception, excellent breakfast, rooms are large and quiet.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, and I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Ragheb Touqan for making my experience even more enjoyable. His attention to detail and hospitality were outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An ideal place to stay for business trip. Every staff is so helpful and friendly. They also provide airport pickup.

This is definitely my choice in my next visit to Riyadh

Am definitely not a fan of rooms with an adjoining door.. You can hear every time the person Breathes!

All Soudi People are kind and we're nice to me. They didn't said anything to remove the Tilak and kada.
Big Bath tub but I didn't wasted so much water so I asked staff to provide the buckets.

I worked for KSA government project.

Pakistanis will wait outside with Taxi , Greet them with Jai Shree Ram and in reply they'll say Jai Shree Ram .

No discussion about Kashmir they'll say it belongs to India but our Government is fighting only to waste time and money with Gaint Bharat.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn - Olaya during a business trip, my first visit to Saudi Arabia. The staff and management were all superb. My travel agent had accidentally cancelled my booking when revising my flight, but the staff took care of it on arrival without making me have to worry at all. Throughout the stay everyone was extremely attentive and professional. The rooms are well-maintained and clean and decent size. Absolutely recommended. There's even places nearby to walk to if you don't mind the heat!

Although the facilities, amenities and services are luxurious and best in class, what makes this hotel unique is their people, their genuinely empathetic and welcoming team.

Every single member of their team is genuine, smiling and always eager to help, even when I didn’t need it. They all practiced self introduction and showed genuine empathy and aimed at providing a great experience.

I would like to mention the great hospitality of Md Fayzul, toufazal from housekeeping, and the f&b all team.

Very good and staff also good breakfast also, infact they help me beyond their service as I am from Dubai my flight was delayed so i was shifted to this hotel by airline my son was having high temperature and vomiting continuously so i asked help from receptionist he himself drive and get me the domphy for my son.

Very friendly staff and good service. The rooms in the old building need to be upgraded, especially the mattresses. We had an offer for dinner and laundry with the stay. The menu was customized taking into consideration they had many vegetarians living in the hotel at the time. It was very considerate of the manager. The laundry service was also very good.

Very good location, the room is clean, and the staff are very friendly (specially Ziad).

Overall i recommend it.

I go to Riyadh quite often, and because of its convenient location, I've selected to stay at the Holiday Inn Olaya this time. Check in went out without a hitch, and the hotel lived up to its high standards in terms of cleanliness. The breakfast buffet offers some very tasty options.
