Book the appointment and pay first. If you don't know how to do it. People at the ministry will assist you to do. Parking is an issue, better to park at Al Rajhi Bank next to it and take a short walk. In general, personnel at the ministry are very helpful.

2. Pay for the appointment i.e. 30 riyals
3. Save the PDF in mobile to show at the get.
4. For parking go straight and turn right after the alrajhi bank, plenty of space.

very fast service, i have spend lessthan 10 minutes for attestion just remember to take the appointment paper with you and pay the mofa fees before you get there. also it is diffcult to find parking so you can park near al rajhi bank.

This place is very nice. And super fast processing. I reached here around 7.30 am. There is a small office near to mofa office to pay fee and collected barcode sheet and then went to mofa to stand in queue(there were hardly 20-30 people)
Opened office at 8AM, went through security check and collected coupon from the officer.
I entered in office at 8AM, exited at 8.30AM.
This place is surely developed a lot compared to earlier (As I read so many stories from websites) .
Same day I submitted all docs in police station which is 20 mins ride from MOFA office.

Its mandatory to pay the MOFA fees prior to giing there. There are quite a few agents around there to help out for a nominal charge of SAR 10 to 20.
Parking is a problem around the area so preferable to get there by cab or careem.
Once there you need to get the number and have a seat. The process is pretty fast after that. You should be out in a few minutes.

Ramadan timing is from 10.00am onwards.

Come with your papers which you want to stamp from MOFA. Goto General service shops near mofa office. They will charge SAR 50 for MOFA fee online payment. Collect the fee receipt from them and come to MOFA office. Park your Car just outside office compound (or Roadside).

Come any time before 2.00pm. You will get a Coupon and wait for your turn. Stamping will take only few minutes depends on the crowd. Normally 10 or 20 people in queue.

Done my newborn certificate attestation in 5 minutes. Just make sure you visit MOFA website and pay online via your bank account. You need to walk abit from the parking area to the entrance.
