Egyptair - Riyadh Branch

My experience was satisfactory. I went there for flight rescheduling and the man I met ( his desk is to the left of the entrance),though not a customer care agent, attended to me and answered all my questions. I do not know his name but am grateful for the service rendered.

It's not a usual thing for me to rate an airline office however, I feel compelled to rate they with 5 stars.
They literally open the door for me during thier break to assist me with my brothers booking where he was stuck at the airport while Egyptair phone customer service failed to help or even put me on hold and disconnect the call.
A big thank you for Egypt air employee for saving the day.

Very helpful stuff working there. Loved to deal with but there is some issues with the system but the stuff there will do their best to help you
