The flight we took while coming from london to mumbai was a lovely experience. It looked like a new Boeing and it was a luxurious the seat space the way the two seaters were allocated it came with a heavy price but was worth it. The service on the aircraft was really nice and they have a very friendly approach and go out of the way to make you comfortable and help you out. We had a great experience with our flight to london from mumbai the attendant was Cinderella and she was simply too helpful and she went out of the way to sort out the meals and her Amazing attitude was really such a lovely experience on the flight .

British Airways needs to hire trained checkin agent. I was holding a Business class ticket flying out of Riyad to Dallas via london. They were only checking in economy class customers. When approched one of the agent in niqab she would not take me. When i questioned who helps the business class customers. She directed me to another person. Which was also a econony check in counter. This was an aiwful experience. These saudi girls don not have any customer service experience and very rude.
