I really liked the hotel ,price is good , nice location and its close to a pharmacy petrol station and grocery store, rooms are spacious and clean, great service , I liked that they have easy underground free parking.

Check in was fast, they checked us in earlier and also gave us an room upgrade,the staff was friendly, the room was very clean, also the location is very good.I would definitly recommend this hotel, The breakfast was also very good.

A nice hotel close by the DQ and other major parts of Riyadh, the room was nice and big with plenty of toiletries and towels. The team were very helpful and I was able to stay and get things done speaking English

Great place to stay

Pros:

They allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost. The hotel staff were well-mannered, courteous and professional. They were resourceful and helped me with a few personal requests. The breakfast was great, with wide variety covered every day. Room was clean, spacious and well-maintained. Location was good with perfect accessibility to main attractions, still away from choking traffic. View from room was road facing which felt lively.

Cons:

A few times, the lobby smelled of cigarette smoking. It seems someone was smoking without getting caught (although the lobby is well-covered by CCTV cameras). Some fittings in the room (bathroom, electricals) were bit old and should be changed

Overall, a great place to stay.

Very good hotel, we enjoyed our stay here.
One small note, the gym needs some tyding up and maintenance.

We had a very nice experience for a short stay at this hotel. Their reception staff was particularly nice and friendly. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that was clean, roomy and tastefully decorated. The location is good with basic amenities nearby. We will most probably stay here again!

The rooms are large but not very well designed ... The desk and other wall furniture is too large!
The prices are sometimes cheap if done online, otherwise they are competitive especially given the service and location.
The pool is quite bad.

Excellent! Almost fulfills 5-star standards. Staff were friendly and professional. My room was clean and of average space. The WiFi signal was always strong with enough speed to enjoy Youtube. However, I was slightly disappointed by the restaurant. Food quality was below my expectations. Just needs little improvement. Otherwise, really excellent hotel.

The location is great and easy to find, also away from downtown's heavy traffic.
The room is clean and big, with adequate facilities.
There's a private parking garage for visitors.

First time to this hotel for a friend very clean spacious evening things available great parking at basment with room card !! U need to checkin first to park , breakfast is excellent in door and outoin front big TV and swimming pool!

This hotel is one the best hotels in its category in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is conveniently located in in Al Urubah road not for from king Khalid Eye hospital. It is extremely clean and comfortable with spacious rooms. The wifi connection is excellent throughout the entire hotel. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with excellent selection of food. There arabic coffee is highly recommended.

The service and staff is very good. There is a parking lot.
The WiFi is not good. My phone can not connect the wifi and my ipad can connect but cannot use Twitter. Therefore, I use my own router

One of the best hotels you will stay in Riyadh, they are a 3 or 4 star hotel but the quality services that they provide and welcoming also the professionalism are a straight 5 star hotel👍
