Executives Hotel - KAFD

Great hotel, very nice posh feeling with beautiful rooms. Friendly staff and good location around 25 minutes from the airport and close to many things in Riyadh. The gym was very big and had all of the equipment you needed along with beautiful swimming pool, sauna and steam room 5 stars! The only thing I did not like was the bathroom just had a thin glass door that was not very private and did not close all the way fully.

Super nice, location is excellent. Room is spacious and clean, bed super comfy and the pillows collection is perfect. View on KAFD, the breakfast is very good and the gym is excellent. Overall the best hotel to stay in Riyadh for business and excellent value for money.

All the hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly, any issues i have had the hotel has fixed for me they lost my washing one day but did get it back. The beds are changed everyday and fresh toiletries everyday. Been here for 3 months and have enjoyed my stay here. The gym is very good here and also the spa facilities.

What an pleasant plave to say in. Hotel is on a somwhat good location, it jas spacious rooms that are well air conditioned, clean and pleasant. The staff, the staff is so nice and proffesional that even hotels with 5 stars can envy them. It has wery nice gym with a pool and sauna. Pool could be cleaner but it's ok. Food is amazing, the head chef is at the top of the game and prepares amazing dishes. My compliments to him. Just amazing. All in all a amazing place to stay in.

i loved my experience at the executive hotel, i was there for a 7-day conference. It was perfect, the food was delicious, they offered the freshest watermelons, they rooms were cozy, and clean. Most perfect experience.

Great location, nice views from the room i am regular resident there but one morning the house keepers opened my room and came in without knocking and i felt that i have no privacy at all.. i complained but the receptionist did not really provide a good apology. Other than this everything is just good.

Excellent room and staff, definitely recommend and if I go back to Riyadh definitely stay there🙏🤩

Dear visitor please see this warning message ⛔don’t and I really don’t recommend anyone go through the underground parking use it at your own risk …,unless your vehicle is small you can just maneuver but still quite hard

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Riyadh . Was welcomed well and the room was spacious and cozy . I enjoyed the tv channels and the view from my room. The breakfast was delicious . Very centrally location made it easier to commute to different parts of Riyadh

Check in experience was very fast, the room was very clean, the AC was powerful, internet speed was decent. They also have Bison energy drink in their refrigerator, my favorite :)

It would have been better if they provided mouthwash and shaving razors. I'm not sure if they provide it if you ask for it. Also when I went to their restaurant they told me they only deliver food to rooms but you can't actually eat in the restaurant. I was hungry and I would have ate if their buffet was open, but since it was closed I ordered food from outside. (their menu did not attract me, but I would have ate most likely if their buffet was open).

I heard their breakfast was good, but unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try it, maybe next time.

Had Ramadan breakfast there. You must book ahead because gets quite crowded. Food was nice and plentiful which is a good thing because u always see people over piling their plates, 'eyes bigger than their belly'. On the whole a pleasant experience and nice ambience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, Just note that there is a construction work on the bridge next to hotel that might disturb you late night but otherwise it’s a perfect stay and perfect experience.

Normally Arab and western staying. SPA was closed but excellent Gym facility with swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

Awesome hotel, maybe the best I have ever been so far in Riyadh. Awesome breakfast and huge gym and a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Great for business people, they got an excellent business lounge with Apple Devices which can be used for surfing and a printer. Just an awesome place really!

Fahad the receptionist 5/5 and made me feel at home from check-in to check-out and always had a radiant smile. Well trained staff, etiquette, friendly, and never forgot to smile.
The rooms 5/5, spacious, well maintained and the cleanliness from housekeeping 5/5. The laundry services 5/5. Kudos to the housekeeping team for finding my colleagues belt that he had left in the hotel after checking out. I managed to get the belt for him and shows well trained the staff are.
I forgot the name of the housekeeping attendant who always cleaned my room with a radiant smile. Kudos to him and housekeeping supervisor l. Keep up the good work and I can see the Hotel is taking care of the staff.
The response of the team in the entire hotel was top notch service from the day I checked in, to the day I checked out.
The gym was fully equipped high standard and the pool was equally at the same level as top notch hotels.
Room service team and food 4/5. The breakfast buffet for me lacked variety from an International look and feel overall 3/5 (need some improvements). Executive Chef Mohammed well done on the veg omelette that I had everyday 5/5.
The F&B needs some International variety (hot and cold sections), others may differ but that’s just my two cents.
I still recommend this Hotel for all travelers into the Kingdom be it solo, business or family travel. I would still come back to stay in this Hotel. Hotel does have parking on B3 and B3 levels.

10 min drive to Carrefour in Tala Mall, overlooking KAFD district, 10 min to Riyadh Festival Season, 19 min to Terminal 5 for domestic flights, and 25 min to the International Airport.
