Marriott Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter

This huge and extravagant hotel is located on the western side of Riyadh along with several embassies with 45 minutes drive from the airport. It is topnotch in terms of facility design, quality of amenities and services making it one of best choices for diplomats, businessmen and travelers. The rates are proportionately high but they are worth the experience.

I stayed for the month of November and had a great experience. The apartment was very nice and clean when arriving and the service was wonderful. I ordered quite a bit of room service while there and Zabed and Hamim were great! Wonderful experience and would highly recommend.

The staff is so accommodating and the poolside lounger was a nice surprise! Anamul kept my room in perfect condition the entire trip! Thank you team! And Chirag kept me stocked on water and treats.

I spent the weekend here as an experiment, and let me say, only because of Ammar I will definitely re visit this hotel, he was so professional and very helpful.

Excellent property under diplomatic quarter.well maintained rooms executive apartments with cool facilities.property was clean and the customer service at its best.Food was tasty and the location was just perfect. Highly recommend.

I had a bad moment yesterday when in the street I got my ancle hurt an have today a lot of difficulty to walk added that I am by myself in Riyadh. Mr Anand appeared like a miracle this morning and helped me with the many things I had to do an that suddenly I could no longer do them myself, he even helped me to do my bag and prepare a present I had to leave to a friend and looking up mfor a person who was waiting for me in the lobby . I don’t know what would I have done without his support . And everything done perfectly well and with good mood! So I have to say that the hotel is very nice , confortable and clean and add that the service is outstanding! I’ll talk with the organization that has invited me and ask them to do the reservation for my next trip in February 2024 at this Marriott diplomatic Quarter. Thank you!'

Amazing place, perfect location, great service and so delicious food, everyone is so friendly, i love that they are constant as well in their amazing place, kids loved the place so much as well, i come here for business as well and it’s really convenient, definitely my always go to hotel in riyadh, overall perfect experience always.

This hotel is perfect! I have not been at a better hotel in SA than this one. I stayed for 6 months in the apartment. It’s spacious, clean sound proof and all amenities incl detergent sponge etc are replenished by friendly and responsive staff who all speak English. Breakfast has a big variety with an egg station and even manuka honey. The lounge access is great with a variety of food provided between 17:30-19:30. The food repeats every 8 days though.
All staff are polite and helpful and I say thanks to them all!

It was a wonderfull stay over her in riyadh with Marriott quarters. Staff was also very nice and houskeeping dep was also good janbaz and ashish was so good. I will recommend highly to everyone

My husband and I would like to thank the Housekeeping team especially Mr. Feroz (Housekeeping Supervisor) and Tarek, Rabbi, Sobuj, Nahed and Ibrahim, they were really helpful, hospitable and worked very good for us. We had an amazing experience in Marriot Diplomatic Quarter, also for the buffet dinner at the Lounge food was amazing and the Waiter Mr. Zoel was very friendly and helpful, and Thank You so much and thumbs up to the wonderful service.

This is a great hotel. Elegant and quiet, with nicely appointed rooms and helpful staff. There is one problem and that is the faucet knobs on the bathroom sink. They are tiny and incredibly hard to turn. If someone was elderly or had some trouble with their hands, I don’t think they would be able to turn the tap on.

Great housekeeping service by Chiragh and Anamol! Spacious Apartments and nice locations near restaurants.

The stay is very good and the housekeeping and room service is excellent . Especially Chirag and Anamul from housekeeping.

Service is spectacular, we were lucky to be upgraded without extra payment. The room is clean and smells really good. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again.
