Many thanks to Nihal she’s such a nice lady. she’s is considerate, serving people with smile and never says no. During my visit I’ve noticed that in the morning elevators are hard to catch I think because staff and residents use the same elevator ,so there should be a schedule for that. Another thing is the underground parking, it’s horrible so small and narrow do not go down there, park your car anywhere but don’t go down I almost got stuck there.

Hotel location made the trip to Riyadh convenient, close to major highways and nice stores.
Service was excellent from staff, and special thanks to Badriyah for making sure we were accommodated at all times.
Rooms were clean with a quiet atmosphere.

The hotel is amazing .. 5 stars can’t describe the quality of it ..Thanks for Nihal she was very professional and polite,the check in and check out was very fast and nice .. the room is so nice so luxury so clean and comfortable

المكان جدا جميل بالإطلالة رائعة والسعر جدا معقول.

كالفندق ٤ او ٥ نجوم أتمنى انهم يضيفون مراوش بانيو وأرواب بالإضافة إلى خدمات التوصيل للمطاعم القريبة وتفعيل الاونج وإضافة الفاليت. عموما تجربة مميزة.

للأمانه ما أحب أمجد الاشياء واجد لاكن هالأوتيل يستاهل والله شي يبرد القلب من نظافة واستقبال ومرونة في التعامل الكل موجود حولك بكل وقت ، الاستاذة ابتسام انسانة راقية وذوق بالتعامل هي بحد ذاتها كفيلة تخليني اعتمده بكل مره ازور فيها الرياض ، موظفين الاستقبال عسسسل كلهم بلا استثناء الروم سيرفس كمان ، المطعم اكلهم لذيذ ونظيف صراحة استمتعت بالوقت اللي قضيته وارتحت كثير وبإذن الله برجع له وبوصي عليه الله يزيدهم من فضله يستاهلون 🤎
