"My favorite branch of Hitten Fitness time is Red. It's spacious and has plenty of equipment to work out with. In contrast, the Irqah branch can get quite crowded and only has 3 toilets, which can result in long wait times."

One of the best branches in Riyadh. And coach Ahmed Samy is the best personal trainer around the country.
He supports me to change my body and my lifestyle to be more healthy, sport and stronger 🦾

Well equiped with latest TechnoGym equipment after the latest renovations.
Nice big swimming pool, hot & cold jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.
There is a cycling room as well as a dedicated room for boxing.
No lounge. No physio/exercise balls.

First day there. Parking's difficult but you could park a little further and add the walking time into your cardio.
Lovely friendly staff. Was there around 5 and I noticed it was getting increasingly busy so I'd avoid going there night time
