زرت الصيدلية اليوم و حظيت باحسن خدمة من الموظفة لطيفة و الموظفة امل اسلوب راقي بالتعامل و الاخلاق م شاء الله تبارك الله👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾.

I used to like this branch but after my recent visit on a friday it was a mess!! only 2 staff while the pharmacy was crowded the female pharmacist working on the cashier was doing all the job i had to wait on the cashier line to ask her about a product cause she kept going back helping other costumers and when i asked why there's no other employee helping the costumers she said there's a girl in the back so i went to the lady and asked her for help she kept saying "no, don't have" to everything i ask for!! she clearly doesn't want to work!!! that's why the pharmacist and the young guy at the cashier were very slow and people shouting at them from the back as if there's no other worker at the back to help them!!! a pharmacy like this needs better staff than that lady she has zero costumer service ability it was disappointing!! but kudos to the pharmacist and the young guy they were helpful and cheerful.

If there's lowest rating i can give, i will give it! please... do check your employee in Riyadh Park branch. i went there to buy a cream but when i got home and check she give me an ointment. i go back to change it she said no and ask for refund she also said no. you're a pharmacist i think because you wear a white coat. just an advice sister be careful on that field because even you're not in the hospital you are also dealing with the life of people. you ask me if you're crazy right? well my answer to you is not. but focus on your work because if i remember right there's also some guy asking for medicine yesterday a centrum to be exact but you said no. when it's just infront of you. and today someone buy a hand gloves and the employee said its free size but then after a while the costumer back and acomplained it's small to her and indicating in the box saying its Medium. hope you select and train your employee well thank you 😊

انخفاض واضح وفظيع في مستوى بوتس فرع الرياض بارك كونه هذا الفرع الوحيد اللي معتمده من سنوات.

١) قبل كل شيء، أنا مع التوطين قلبًا وقالبًا. لكن من غير المنطقي استبدال الصيدلاني والكاشير المصري المحترف واللي كان يساعدني بكل شيء ويعطي بسعة صدر وطولة بال واحترام نبذة عن كل منتج صحي و((يمده ليدي)) حتى يكون فيه كونكشن بين المشتري والبضاعة… ليتم استبداله بكاشير أقول لها أبي قطرة عين للجفاف "تأشر لي" من بعيد على ثنتين كل وحده سعرها عالي ويوم طلبتها بديل بسعر منخفض ردت "هذي عين، المفروض مايكون همك الاول السعر"😐😐😐😐😐؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ عفوًا! صدمتني اللامهنية وهذا الكلام كان أمس٢٦ مارس بحدود الساعة١١-١٢ مساءً وغادرت بدون شراء اي شيء.

٢) قسم المكياج أغلب المعروض تسترات فقط ولا يوجد بضاعة خصوصًا قسم ريميل.

٣) الموظفات يلاحقون ومايتركون العميل يشتري بحاله وفيه نوع طاقة غريب وكأن العميل جاي يسرق:)

عندي أمل يتحسن الوضع ويرجع نفس أول ولّا ماكان كلفت نفسي بكتابة هذا التعليق الطويل.
