InterContinental Riyadh, an IHG Hotel

Had an astounding stay at Intercontinental Riyadh! Upon arrival, I asked for a late check out at the reception, Sultan offered me an extended stay till 5.00 pm and a free room upgrade! He is the kindest person ever! The room was very spacious,clean and comfortable, the service was extra amazing, and the location was nearby my chosen destinations..
It is a definitely a luxurious 5-star experience!

Everything was fresh and delicious and the service was superb and world class by Mr. Saddam Hussein who is very attentive and welcoming with amazing manners.
Perfect atmosphere and view of the gardens. Truly an unforgettable experience!

Excellent service!
My family and I had lunch here. The buffet was diverse with an international cuisine. Our servers were wonderful, Mr. Sadam and Mr. Ashoq took good care of us and made sure we were always comfortable. The ambience was great with a lovely seating area.

I enjoyed the lunch in, the welcoming was so w, food is delicious, the service was good. We were served by Mr. Saddam Hussain with very nice smile. Thank you Saddam and definitely we will come back a gain.

Really nice to come and spend the day at the pool here. Jaivyn is a lovely person who gets you anything you need and is always smiling and very kind! Women can come and sunbath properly here too. Pool is lovely

Great hotel in Riyadh. While the building isn’t flashy new, it is very well kept. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding, both in terms of food and service. People are extremely attentive and will always make sure you have everything you need. The Club Lounge is a wonderful addition - a great place to unwind, get some coffee or tea. The team in the lounge, both in the morning and the evening, is so nice! They will soon learn your name and preferences, so as soon. As you step in your favorite coffee or drink will be brought to you. The lounge alone is worth the whole experience.

I recently stayed at Intercontinental Riyadh and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. While the rooms may be a bit outdated, they are still functional and well-maintained in terms of cleanliness and hygiene.

The standout feature of my stay was definitely the restaurant and the food it offered. The meals were amazing, both in terms of taste and freshness. The staff, particularly Mr. Saddam Hussein, were incredibly helpful and always had a cheerful attitude. Their service added a special touch of charm to my overall experience.

We had an amazing lunch today! The food was absolutely delicious, leaving our taste buds in a state of pure bliss. The service provided by our incredible waiters, Saddam and Arslan, was simply outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of perfection. Not only was the food and service exceptional, but the atmosphere and environment were also delightful, creating a truly enjoyable and memorable meal.

The most elegant ambiance , delicious food and great service specially waitress Crystal , she was very professional. Also great thanks for the barbecue chief Mathew , for pleasant hospitality and the best barbecue spicing.

I had an extraordinary experience today at the VIP table for Ramadan at the InterContinental Riyadh. What truly set my experience apart was the exceptional service of Louise Samson. Throughout the entire time, he served us with genuine care and kindness. His remarkable personality and dedication to serving people made the food and the overall atmosphere even more enjoyable. I am truly grateful to Louise for his outstanding service.

Intercontinental always has a good welcome, but this one especially! Special thanks to Orjoan for her amazing hospitality and assistance. She is simply the best - beautiful, intelligent, helpful and with a great sense of tact and style. This is exactly what the face of a 5-star hotel should be. Take care of her. 🤍

Owned by the Saudi government, this hotel is a peaceful oasis in a busy city. With great opportunities for fitness and relaxation, you will be able to work hard and reenergize. One of the best features of this hotel is the Club Lounge. The staff is incredible, while the menu and atmosphere are perfect for hosting business meetings. The kind and personalized service by Altaf and Winey will make you forget for a moment that you're traveling far away from home!

The food was fabulous and the staffs are exceptional in customer service. I am delighted to commend Ms. Aila for her word-class service. She is very attentive, kind and helpful. I will strongly recommend visit and try Intercontinental Hotel-Riyadh to all my friends and colleagues.

I really loved the fluffy scrambled eggs; they were cooked to perfection. The way the fruit was beautifully arranged in a colorful display added to the overall aesthetic appeal of the breakfast buffet. I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of fresh fruits and pastries available—there was something for everyone's taste. The breakfast ingredients tasted really fresh, especially the juices and baked goods; it was evident that the hotel values high-quality ingredients. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was stocked and ready for guests; their service really made the breakfast experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the fantastic breakfast spread; it was a wonderful start to each morning of our stay!

Great breakfast. Great choice of food. The manager Shiraz was very welcoming and so was the stuff Sadam who served me.
My room was a bit old style and could have been maintained better. Shower was not that good.

Hotel is great; I booked a standard room but it’s very spacious & equipped with a desk for me to work at, as well as plenty of coffee capsules. Ordered in-room dining and had an amazingly fresh quinoa salad. Currently at breakfast & the food is diverse and delicious. Staff members, including a gentleman called Saddam, are attentive and friendly; always making sure you have the hottest, freshest coffee.

The day pass for the pool is recommended, it is open for females and males (without restrictions on swimwear). Great crew and the food is also recommended, the penne pasta and nuggets⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I came here for iftar today with my family, and the food was delicious. As a Turkish family, we find the food served here very good, variety of options that are all amazing tasting. The atmosphere is very gorgeous and they have definitely succeeded embracing the Ramadan theme. In addition to that, the gentlemen Prabesh, who was our waiter was very kind and friendly to us and made sure to check in with us often to make sure everything was perfect. Very friendly and kind staff, amazing environment, GOOD DESERTS, and delicious foods. Thank you so much, I recommend it to all visitors and residents in Riyadh, hope to come again soon :)

It’s was really good experiences. Overall services was really good all way started from the main entrance. Spirally the hospitality of Mr Saddam Dafa was fantastic. Will look forward to come back.
