I have been there twice, one year in between the two visits. They were both pleasant experiences. Got things done with one visit. I dealt with 3 different gentlemen, all were very helpful and efficient. No parking spot, take an uber or park 5 mins away.

Employee Abdulrahman Alzamil was very helpful and welcoming. Even though the overall rating on Google is low, I decided to give 5 stars because of the way I was treated.

One point to mention here is that the phone Customer Service representatives need a lot of heavy work on how to deal with people.

I recently had visit this branch and I was thrilled to see Ms. Asma Alharbi again, who used to work at Alrajhi bank a few years ago and she was one of my favorite bank employees at the time. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease.

What stood out to me the most was that she was still the same, with her willingness to take the time to understand my financial needs and provide personalized recommendations.

The service is excellent. Nawwaf Al Angari treats you like a VIP! The only draw to this bank is their online banking. Their app isn’t as great as other local banks
