If you have any issues with your booking, I suggest you to visit their office directly as the team there can help you in finding a quick solution as compared to looking for an online / over the phone fix.

I went here to redeem domestic reward tickets (for 4 pax) using my miles. Online, I can only do it for one person at a time so I decided to visit the PAL office instead.

The team was very helpful. The place is newly renovated. The place is not crowded around 7-8pm during weekdays.

The Philippine Airlines is the flag carrier of the Philippines and my own personal airline of choice when traveling from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to Manila, Philippines. The schedule of the flight leaving Riyadh is so convenient and the arrival the next day in Manila is early. I love it and it’s truly the Heart of the Filipino especially in their services on board. They don’t offer fancy thing like what other airlines do but you can feel the warmth and sincerity in their airline cabin crew. I have to mention also the take off and landing of the aircraft makes me feel safe, salute to the Pilots of the PAL

Our original flight was changed to 3 hrs later than the original departure time from RUH-MNL. The problem is, we have a separate booking for domestic flight on the same day of our arrival in PH. It could have been a ‘no show’ for us due to flight changes. But thanks to Sir Alfred for helping us move our domestic flight without any charges. It was a very smooth and fast assistance from him. Thank you so much to sir Alfred of PAL-Riyadh. May God bless you always.
