The superior room is spacious! While the sea view rooms are big also, they're not as spacious as the superior room. Rooms are clean and spotless. Friendly reception staff and good breakfast buffet with a nice seating area. The neighborhood is quite which helps ensuring peaceful night sleep :)

Very nice hotel to stay..

Staffs are very friendly. They all speak fluent English which makes it very easy to communicate no matter where you are from. They are always willing to help you. Rooms are very well decorated and have a nice view of the Arab sea.

Amazing hotel and everything from the beginning to end was exceptional

Especially Mr. Muhammad Qatami the manager of the hotel, he was extremely nice, helpful and whatever we needed he catered for. He needs to be promoted lol if possible as he is the manager.

I mean there is nothing at all that was negative, it was clean and organised.

Helpful staff, nice comfy beds everything was perfect.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. If you are ever in Dammam then you don't need to look anywhere else.

I went to the Oriental Relax spa center.
It was a fantastic experience. The staff especially Mohammed was very welcoming and the massage therapist Sapase was a clean and very knowledgeable and experienced guy.
