Thank you SGH and thank you to the doctor And first floor, medical team nurses for taking care of me and make sure I am taking my medicines and getting rest for recovery very clean room. The food is very good. The stuff are very nice and polite and respectable and professional. Thank you all.

Good hospital with good doctors. They expanded their range of services and built another medical tower. However, the ticketing queue is too long and the number of reception staff is not enough to serve the patients.

One of the best hospitals with best medical facilities in the kingdom.

Leading in terms of service. A doctor regularly supports and checks the patients.

However, if you don't have insurance, the cost of treatment is extremely expensive.

Every staff is trustworthy. You can ask inquiries and will get assistance right away.

I also received care on the second floor, wing B, and I must say that the nurses were absolutely amazing. Their training was evident, and Nurse Emaan and her team were nothing short of spectacular.

I went through sleep study and staff were kind and good. The whole process was smooth from getting an appointment till the end of the study. Mr. Ahmad Itani was very helpful and professional throughout the study.

I am delighted to share my positive experience at Saudi Ferman Hospital where I underwent an endoscopy this morning. I had a sleep study analysis over night and It was the best experience i have ever had being in a hospital because of Sheikha , she is the best nurse anyone could ever ask for, she is kind , gentle and smart person, she is also very informed about everything i had a question about she made me feel very calm comfortable and rest assured.. she is the best and deserves the best.

Dr. Talal conducted my breathing test with exceptional professionalism and patience. From the outset to the conclusion of the procedure, he adeptly guided me through each step with clear instructions, ensuring a smooth and reassuring experience.

Very good facilities and professional team. But they accept little high class insurance policies. Account receivable team are very cooperative and professional. MRI machine produces accurate results. Emergency department little expensive.

I was admitted for an Ortho surgery at SGH under care of dr. Fawzi. I had an amazing experience throughout OR especially in Recovery room where Mr. Ahmad Itani took care of me and was kind. Thank you for your services all OR staff

I went through a sleep study experience. The staff, Ahmed Itani, was very pleasant and helpful. He carefully set all the devices for the study and was supportive. The ambience and facilities are top notch. Had a very great experience.

My daughter got admitted and the dr. in paeds emergency was very supportive. In PICU, Sister Parimalam Was exeptional, she is such a humble and caring personality. She took care of my daughter and every other patient very well. Not only this, but after my daughter was discharged, i had few reimbrsement issues to which sister Parimalam helped me out of the way guiding me appropriately and saving me from big hassle. We need more people like her.

During my hospital visit, Talal, Manju, Smah, Khuluod, and Subah provided exceptional care. Their kindness, expertise, and attentiveness made a significant difference. I am truly grateful for their dedication and support.
