I mostly use the their treadmills for cardio workouts, and boy their treadmills the best I've ever used so far. Well maintained, and sophisticated machines offering everything you can imagine from a treadmill, be it incline, speed, programs or your own TV screen (sports, movies, news). I wish the TV had more channels to choose though, but it's only a quibble.

The other plus is they have lots of treadmills, so you don't have to restrict your time on them for others. To list a few facilities: well maintained bathrooms, changing rooms, lockers, sauna, soap & towels, pool table & table tennis, and many other machines and weights for your body workout.

Bought a 6 months membership and their membership fees are quite fair compared to other high-end gyms.

Great service, personal trainers everywhere and ready to help at all times. Machines are in very good conditions and hydration vending machines ready to serve at all times. Overall great experience.

Great gym. Sauna and Steam room is available. No swimming pool.

The price is great if you buy during National day offer or the Foundation day offer (60% off). If you want to join only for this specific location, the price is at express membership level.

This is a premium location, You can only enter if you hold the premium membership not the basic one. but i don't see it as the best branch. less weaights more ppl
