Braira Al Olaya Hotel

My chosen hotel for a friend’s layover before going back to London. Brilliant hotel and clean accommodations. It is beside the National Library wherein the Riyadh tour bus starts. Its location is suited to those who want to explore Riyadh. All the staff have been helpful and their services are excellent. Great spot for breakfast buffet as well. Keep up the great work

Great service from the hotel Manager and staff. They are very flexible to adjust the time of buffet at 5:30am to accommodate schedule of athletes😊

The experience here was very pleasant, very detailed with the utensils and how each plate are presented for each table, and a wonderful experience overall. It has a lot of reasonable and fair prices that as well as has delicious foods that me and my family enjoyed.

My stay while short, was quite wonderful! From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave, you get very efficient service. The staff is very kind and friendly, they make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. The room is best part of course as it is very cozy and designed quite well. You get all the comforts you can ask for and the value is great!

What I like in the hotels are the rooms . The rooms are so cozy and well decorated from inside . It gives you cozy feeling . The bed was clean as well the carpet and the toilet . They have desk for work and you have enough space to put your belongings. The team is friendly and the receptionist. The only thing I did not like that we can four they booked three of us on fifth floor while one of us on fourth floor. It makes sense to book all of us on the same floor specially it looks there is availability. The breakfast was good but I hope they put more options it can be better . Over all you feel great and you feel that you stayed on luxury hotel . The team was extremely friendly . I ask for late check out and they allowed me . I will come back definitely.

It is nice experience staying in this hotel. The housekeeping guy named Rafiq is very helpful and hardworking. He is your go to guy and helps you in your all needs during the stay.

Brraira Al Olaya Hotel is one of the best 4-star hotels in Riyadh.

The location of the hotel is a strategic location in the center of Riyadh. You can be in any place in 20 min (not in traffic jam time).
If you like to walk, you can be in many places and city attractions. It is a walking distance in winter time.

The rooms/ suites are very nice, the rooms are really equipped with all the stuff you can find in a 5-star room/ suites.
One can not understand why it's not a 5-star hotel.
The cleanliness of the rooms/ suits is very high. You will really enjoy your stay there.
For smokers, the hotel has smoking suites.

The staff of the hotel are really nice and friendly, they are always ready to help you in whatever.

Gym room, and prayer room available at the
hotel.
I've enjoyed my breakfast there but did not try lunch/ dinner there.

You will find all the facilities needed on a business trip.

I definitely recommend this hotel for business trip travelers.

Went here for Dinner Buffet. It has a perfect ambiance and quality of service is commendable. Mr. Waqas showed an excellent service to us while having our dinner buffet.

The service is superb. The staff are helpful and kind. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The size of hotel is just right and cozy.

2nd time stay in this hotel. Superb location. The staff are friendly. Abu Biswas, the captain in the coffee house, is very helpful and polite. The concierge guy remembers me. This hotel makes me feel right at home. The housekeeping guy Nuronnabi is great. Room is super clean with clean sheets.

We had a wonderful experience at the Braira hotel in Riyadh. The hotel staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, especially Jayadol who did an excellent job cleaning and organizing the room each day. Overall a very nice hotel, conveniently located and at reasonable prices.

We went on a Thursday and tried their Asian and Seafood Dinner.

It was a fantastic experience. The buffet has varied and well-thought of food choices. The food were flavorful, warm and fresh. The food was way much more worth than the price we paid.

The place is cozy and clean. We were accommodated warmly by their supervisor Afzal and Apu Biswaz promptly assisted and attended to our needs. Giving a 100% rating for their superb service!

Will definitely recommend to our friends and will surely come back!

The hotel is advertised as a 4-star hotel. However, in my opinion, it's better than most 5-star "big brands". Cozy boutique hotel, superb location, clean, and service was fantastic.

Hygiene was exceptional at the hotel. This is probably the first hotel I've been to where it was very evident that the carpets had been vacuumed.

I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place in or near Olaya.

The receptionist is nice , so the room cleaning is superiors, they care a lot for you when you are in the hotel . The room service is 24 hours available and they have a nice restaurant. Especially the clerks name’s Jayedol and Shakib who’s really responsible for their work. I will return here anyway in the future.
