My genuine experience. There is Mr. Hamid a very very humble and helping person. May Allah provide him good sustenance in life and better hereafter. He is alone handling customer and operations which i observed in 3 visits. Simply doing his work dedicatedly. He did overtime also just to complete his operational activities and handling customer until late evening. Other person is never willing to have the shared responsibility as he has limited work in Air India Express section. People like Mr. Hameed should get proper recognition in the organization which i know will never happen as those who make noises are recognized easily.

Staff if efficient and informative very close to the main road and ample parking space for the cars

I was satisfied with all the answers given to me. When I entered I was damn nervous but when I left the place I was with a smile.
