If I could give ten stars I would ! Amazing place with more variety of merchandise (unlike other branches). I bought the door chain necklace, the staff are amazing, cheerful, friendly and very helpful (especially Lulu) she was very professional and kind❤ definitely my favorite branch in Riyadh and definitely going back again

I had a bad experienced in Dior Kingdom Mall. I mentioned to the SA that it's my first time buying a Lady Dior bag but she didnt show me much option i even had to peek on the other ladies selection because her SA literally took everything out and she wasn't enthusiastic at all. So i left and felt like i just settled to an ok bag and even the way it was given to me was just on a paper bag. After a week of a heavy heart and not that over the moon with my purchase, i tried going to Centria branch and explain my experience to one of the SA. Sadly i forgot her name she was lovely from the moment we step in till the end of my purchase. She asked her manager if i can return the bag and swap it to a new one. So we waited and while waiting she served us coffee and give us a quick tour of the Boutique coz its actually the Main branch in Riyadh. What she recommended to me was absolutely stunning. I told her its not an everyday bag but for a special occasion. So she showed me all the exotic collection and fell in love with one. Please if you're planning to buy something from Dior just go to Centria branch they will give you the utmost assistance plus its not crowded.
