Bad experience one month without getting my parcel ended up with pure lies i regret working with this kind of people you pay quick only to be disapointed.

I had one of the best experience with FedEx thanks to Ms. wafaa’s extra effort to make the experience easy and smooth

They have a really good customer service. The package I was following up because it wasn't delivered (due to wrong contact number) was sent to me on the same day that they said they will deliver it.
The staff also were courteous and prompt to the customer's concern. Good job!

While almost all other shipping companies were “open” during Ramadan, this one was actually open. Great guy behind the desk. Definitely using this branch again. Finding parking is a bit of a struggle though.
