Best rates staff is friendly but sometimes due to lot of crowd it take's much time when the salary come's of the worker's they should create more space to provide best results

Ibrahim the manager is not letting his employee work well, after prayers in Asur you will wait 20minutes more for the cashier to come, very poor service , and the tea boy Banggali is acting like a Boss , he talk very rude. Saudis counter cashier like a turltle they are very slow to theirs jobs.Hope their main office fix these problems in alkharj branch.

I have been a customer of this bank when i was in Riyadh. Unfortunately the Alkahrj branch is somehow disappointing. Service is poor and slow. Not like in riyadh organized and fast. Hope they improve.
