To be honest, I did not visit before this branch but in this branch, it was a different experience I never had before for my self I found a high quality of service and very good treatment the manager of this branch Ms. Zaraa and her Team they solve the biggest issue I've had ever with Mobily customer care service and all the branches that I've visited before I visit this branch they did not do anything or show at least a little sense of attention to my case, I 'm glad that my problem solved the case is closed thanks to Ms Zaraa and her team, and I wish if all the branches managers have some of this spirit that shows the employees are qualified by their passion for work, ambition and achievement provide a positive impression to the company as for the customers.
