Many many thanks to Coach Mirvate, she was such a great inspiration to develop my skills in swimming. With her lovely & amazing attitude she can teach you how to swim perfectly in a smooth way.

This is one of the best gyms I have ever used, very clean and organized.

Machines used are very modern and very new, just a kind of luxury gym.

Note: the above feedback was before transforming the gym for ladies.

The best gym for women! The facility is greatly equipped and maintained. Where do I start.... They have varies classes from yoga to steps, indoor biking, Pilates etc. and their schedule is flexible with motivated instructors. Their pool is my favorite, it's huge with lifeguard, hot & cold jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, etc. The gym has lockers, change room, shower cells, towels/slippers for members to use. The workout area is widely available wether it's for boxers, trainers, weight lifters and many more. I highly recommend it. The fact that all this, is only for women thats incredible.

My favorite gym and some of the instructors are good but others just want u to pay money for private instructor plus what u already pay for the gym

Good and fully equipped with instruments. Classes are good as well. Some instructors are really professional and helpful. The environment is clean as well!

Nice center with variety of exercises tool and personal trainers. I like the swimming pool, classes with Mrs Hanan. She is great.
